    The Tribal Technical Assistance Program began in 1992 with the introduction of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991. The goals of the program at Colorado State University are to assist American Indian Tribal governments by increasing their technical capabilities in transportation and to expand their workforces to effectively address their transportation needs.
