A Study of Management and Admministration: The Bureau of Indian Affairs
A comprehensive study of the BIA's management, organizational structure, and administration. This study is an effort to chart a path to meeting the needs and aspirations of Native Americans as well as identify and recommend remedies that would improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the BIAs operations.

Archaeological Testing/Data Recovery Navajo Route 15(9-1)(11-2)(12-2) 4 Leupp to the Western Navajo Agency Boundary, Coconino and Navajo Counties, Arizona
Each of the prehistoric sites within the proposed 61mi wide right-of-way of Navajo Route 15 had been impacted. Each site had been affected by erosion and road construction. Sites were excavated to recover any possible artifacts or remains.
